Store telephone number
Number PHCs should call
Shown on the booking page to any PHC that already holds a slot. PHCs cannot
release their own booking any more, so this is the only route they have to a change. Leave
it blank and the page tells them to telephone the store without saying where. Act on those
calls from the distribution schedule, using Add booking and
Move booking .
Issue times each working day
These times apply to every Monday to Friday. Removing a time hides it from new
bookings; slots already taken at that time are kept and still appear in the cycle report.
Days the store issues
PHCs can only book on these days. Anything else is refused by the database, so
nobody reserves a Monday and drives to a closed store. Unticking a day hides it from new
bookings but keeps slots already taken on it.

Capacity
1 means strictly one PHC at a time. Raise it if the store can load more than one
vehicle in the same window. Lowering it does not cancel bookings already over the new limit.
Days the store is shut
Holidays matter more than they look. Tuesday to Thursday gives as few as 12 issue
days in a short month, so a single lost day takes five slots off the cycle. Marking the day
blocks new bookings and removes it from the calculation below.

Months open at a time
2 means this month and next. Nothing is generated in advance, so the following
month becomes bookable on its own when the calendar rolls over.
Daily limit per connection
Bookings per IP per day
With no access code, this and the one-slot-per-PHC-per-month rule are the only
automatic brakes on the booking page. Keep it generous enough for an office where several PHCs
book from one connection, but not unlimited.
